Can I return my mail?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. However, if there is a fault on our end we will happily resolve this for you! Please reach out at honeybeemailclub@gmail.com.

Can I cancel or pause my membership or change my shipping address?

When will my mail arrive?

We utilize Standard USPS mailing, which can take an estimated 3-10 days to arrive depending on where you are located. If you haven’t received your mail within 3 weeks of the ship date, please reach out to honeybeemailclub@gmail.com for assistance!

What month am I signing up for?

If you sign up between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s mail! If you sign up after the 15th, you will receive next month’s mail!

Ex. Jane signs up on August 3rd - receives August's letter. Joe signs up on August 18th - receives September's letter.
