Can I return my mail?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. However, if there is a fault on our end we will happily resolve this for you! Please reach out at honeybeemailclub@gmail.com.

When will my mail arrive?

We utilize Standard USPS mailing, which can take an estimated 3-10 days to arrive depending on where you are located. If you haven’t received your mail within 3 weeks of the ship date, please reach out to honeybeemailclub@gmail.com for assistance!

What month am I signing up for?

If you sign up between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s mail! If you sign up after the 15th, you will receive next month’s mail!

Where do you ship? 

Currently we ship to the United States and parts of Europe! If you're outside these areas and still interested in mail, please reach out via email and we will make it happen!
